Many of our clients utilise this service on an ongoing basis, with temporary workers working on a contract-for-services arrangement via Advantage Recruitment until their business needs change.
We understand that sometimes, you may need to expand your workforce to grow your business but are not ready to invest in permanent staff. That’s where our Temp-to-Perm services come in. After 12 weeks of continuous employment, you have the option to take the employee onto your payroll from week 13 without incurring any additional fees.
This service allows you to trial the worker and assess their performance, skills, and commitment before making the candidate permanent in the position, with no risk to your business.
