A leading training company , with national coverage are looking for a Regional Engagement Manager in the North East.
This role is based from home , however you need to be based in the North East
The main purpose of this role is to engage with the Job Centres and charitable organisations who support the long term unemployed.
Through the building of relationships with these organisations you will identify candidates ( learners) who wish to engage in meaningful training , thus allowing them to re enter the work place.
The role :
The main role of the Regional Engagement Manager is to source and qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.
This will be done by sourcing suitable referral partners, planning face to face meetings, open days with learners, third party organisations all within the location you are responsible for.
You will also be expected to identify and advise the BD team of suitable employment opportunities with your designated location
