Working as part of the executive and professional services division of the business this opportunity is open to all levels of professional recruiters across interim, permanent, and executive recruitment. You will be delivering recruitment solutions up to executive and board level.
Location
Opportunities to work across multiple offices and/or hybrid with offices-based West Yorkshire /East Midlands and Northwest.
Role
This a unique opportunity for a fee earning recruiter/or business manager to manage one of the companies highest performing desks. As you can imagine this is a very busy role so your focus will be on maintaining/ servicing and naturing the existing professional relationships.
Bonus will be paid on new AND existing business so you will have the ability to earn an excellent OTE.
Any fee earning consultants with experience, knowledge or some interest in
Accountancy & Finance.Human Resources.
Housing Management and Housing Specialists.
IT & Digital.
Marketing & Communications.
Procurement & Supply Chain.
Project & Programme Management.
Senior Executives and Board Members
Senior Social Care and Health.
are of a particular interest, especially of you have had exposure to hiring at £40k-£150k levels. (though not essential)
Experience required
Previous recruitment experience of 360-degree recruitment role
Growing existing clients and winning new business from a varied sales approach.
Collaborating with other teams and consultants to mutually benefit from each other’s specialism.
Experienced recruiters and managers have the opportunity for directorship or other billing career routes with full training support, competency development and mentoring throughout your career.
Benefits
Basic salary of £35k-£51k
Commission -Personal (paid on existing as well as new business),team and company bonus .Big Biller Bonus .Consultants earn on average £5k a month from existing accounts
