Based in impressive offices in CV2 our client is expanding . As a result they need an Operations Manager to join their team.
They offer Total Asset Management ,Facilities Management , fit outs and reactive management both in the public ,private sector, commercial and domestic markets.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be working as part of a team and very hands on.
Main outline of tasks are :
* Making sure jobs are running to schedule.
* Liaising with the team to ensure schedules of work are on time and to budget
* Managing procurement
* Overseeing jobs from a value of £100k to £2million (fit outs & reactive projects)
* Understanding of NEC & JCT contracts
* Create and manage program of works
* Site visits to make sure job is running to schedule and quality check
